Call me crazy but I love fruit - beaded and sequined vintage fruit! A friend got me hooked and I now have around a couple of hundred pieces. The fruit was made from kits purchased at stores like Woolworth's in the 1950's, 60's and 70's. Last week I decorated our mantel for Thanksgiving (Canadian) with beaded pineapples. It's amazing how nice kitsch can look next to more expensive antiques!
